What is attitude/character. and how one can grow this trait.

When effort is applied to an exercise/project the results of those efforts can be good/ bad or indifferent.


The minusa we apply then too the results then take on whether on not we will succeed at dealing with or handling the results in ways that enable one to achieve this great attitude.


This commitment too excellence of peak performance mind techniques is trained into soldier's throughout the world and can be applied to sports players in efforts to attain mastery.


  1. The saying mind over matter is true and moreso is the abilty of the athelete to have an attutude/ character that is over them both.

  2. These techniques are practiced during competition and used to watch the watcber implimenting controll no matter what the challengers

  3. In fact the bigger the hurdle or difficulty the greater the chance of success.

  4. With this never say die attitude success is always achieved.
