Dedication.

The joy of dedication is self rewarding whether your topic is fitness in the morning or being a workaholic its all the same.


Being on top of things gives one a feeling of satisfaction and it is a really nice feeling to be able to create your own boundaries of what one does with ones time.


When I was a professional at Southend United FC I would go to bed every night at nine oclock,and I remembered one day my wife and I had guests so I climbed into bed with my PJ's on and then got up again and shared our time together .


It worked as I was in bed at nine and my mental screening was fine.


Make a plan and follow through you will be amazed how this will make you feel after you accomplish your goals.Commitment is what its all about.
