Conditions.

The No 1 priority that we all face as a coach is the enviroment that we are playing in.

This means the location, weather, and everything to do with past performances etc the thinking of what happened last time we played this team , result etc, etc.

We have too overcome all of those things including equipment, ie the correct shoes and studs.
